Update:

Obtained Vokur's Chakram the roundabout way:
1. Had a duplicate on Worth's Holy Rod, because one dropped for me after I had already purchased one.
2. Traded Worth's Holy Rod to another monk for Brimstone Wand (don't have an ele, but knew it was of greater value).
3. Traded Brimstone Wand for Vokur's Chakram.

Sometimes it pays to trade greens instead of attempting to sell them outright.

Just a refresher of the list of greens I already have (again these are the ones I am NOT looking for):
